This policy applies to goods purchased directly from Slryxelloezik and delivered to addresses in the European Economic Area unless a separate distributor contract governs the sale.

Fulfilment is organized from our Helsinki address for cross-border retail of food supplements. Finnish commercial practice and EU consumer-protection rules inform how we handle cooling-off, defect reports, and refunds. If mandatory law in your country of residence grants remedies beyond this text, those provisions continue to apply alongside these return procedures.
Withdrawal right
Where the Consumer Rights Directive applies, you may withdraw within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Opened food supplements may be excluded if hygiene regulations apply, yet defective items remain eligible.
How to start a return
- Email support@slryxelloezik.world with your order reference and reason.
- Wait for instructions including the warehouse address and label.
- Ship unused goods in original outer packaging when possible.
- Retain proof of postage until we confirm receipt.

Partial returns
If you keep part of a bundle, refunds reflect the value of returned units minus any discounts that depended on the full bundle.
